CF 400E COMPACT HORIZONTAL WRAPPING MACHINE -

CF400E this is physically simplified version of the larger models, but the same time offering high reliability of the production at very attractive price. Simple robust design, easy to maintain, well proved design. Optional Rotary Ultrasonic Bonding system is available across the range, and allows to take full advantage of ultrasonic sealing technology.

Machine specifications

Version:- Left hand ( the product flows from right to left seen from the front of the machine).
Frame:- Welded stainless steel (AISI 304).
Power supply:- 230V-50Hz Single phase + ground with power consumption of 1.6 Kw.
Air supply:- Consumption 0.1 nl/min at 5 bar. Used only to adjust pressure of the pulling wheels.
Infeed conveyor:- Conveyor with 168 pitches of chain (C/L between the sprockets 960 mm).
Former:- Fixed or adjustable depending on the product.
Film reel:- Cantilevered single reel holder with self centring cones suitable for a film width of 400 mm and a reel dia. of 350 mm.
Longitudinal sealing:- Set of cantilevered pulling wheels .+ set of cantilevered sealing wheels. Wheels Diameter of 65 mm.
Transversal sealing:- Progressive cut with inclined cut on the knives with a width of 200 mm.

- Main drive with two reducers.
- 180W motor with speed controller (inverter).
- Driving by timing belts.
- Only one chain used for conveyor pitch.
External adjustment:- Hand-wheel for sealing bars speed control only when machine is stopped.

Layout units:- All units are cantilevered (Infeed conveyor, sealing wheels, cutting head and delivery belt)
- All groups are side mounted for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Electrical:- Safety guards in conformity to CE rules. - E-Stop at the end of the conveyor.
- Temperature controllers for sealing wheels and one for cutting-head. Display lamp for all faulty. (Guards interlock switches, overload clutch)
Lubrication:- Machine without lubrication necessity: Only open gears and chains needs some external greasing.
